i was hoping to solving alot of if not all of these issues on the dyno but something has gone wrong with either the chip or the laptop not connecting properly

Is it registered? Get some miles up on the road first log tune and log again.

yeah man it is regestered but not being able to live tune is a pain considering thats what i wanted the nvrsm for though its not very difficult to do ive been and changed the ve values that were 0 n 99 they must have missed my attention and ive also changed the inj bias % as i think that was something i changed doing some trouble shouting for an old issue so its been put back to what it was

also logging doesnt seem to be working atm its just showing data errors and not loging anything i think its got to do with y it wont live tune

Live tune can be hard work at times by yourself. Log it review the log changed the bin and log the changes. NVRAM is still very handy flash the new bin with flash tool. No burning needed.

Possibly laptop problem before PCM problems. Fair chance your laptop might not even talk to a motec at the minute.

yeah if i can get it to log properly its not functioning properly ill have to get a video of it if i can im not sure what the problem is ive even gone to the point thinking its my wiring and wired the baud data straight to the obd port and its still doesnt work

See if someone is near by could send the laptop to them to test on a known set up.

yeah vl400 lives near by and could possibly help me though it is a bit of a drive especially on e85 and i dont really like bothering people but i could really use the help in better understanding how this software works etc etc

sounds like the settings in tunerpro do you have the echo set. is it a new laptop? i don't mind taking a look if ya bring it up man.
