Real similair but are Bosch. Used on the VR/ VS HSV Stroker Commodores. Easy to get and the data is in the factory bin file on here.

Just pull the vacuum hose fir the reg off at the manifold if fuel comes out it's borked lol.the injectors could be 42lb not 24 that could certainly drown it fast lol
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

Re: Hotrod convertion
Well checked the fuel pressure and comes up at 50lb no fuel come out of the hose when I took it off. The car ran ok on the original eprom the problem was over heating and the idle was erratic so needed to tune it and thought the nvram would be the way to go.
To get the fuel and timing right the original thinking was that it was leaning out under load and the advance was not where it should be. Why it's flooding now I don't understand also needed to put the park neutral wire in as well. The park neutral switch is in the shifter so had to get creative and put a relay in to have a positive for the starter and earth for the ECU. I think the fuel pressure should be 43lb would the 50lb be enough to cause the over fuelling.

Re: Hotrod convertion
Thats a good point, if it did run that kinda proves the car. What tune did it start with? Have you changed anything else since then?

Re: Hotrod convertion
Don't know what the tune was in the original 165 that's what the problem was changed to the nvram with the 12p changed to the 12p pin out that's when every thing haywire changed the ignition module and coil but I t the over fuelling started with the 12p. When I tried to start it after the change it ran very ruff and smelt rich it barely ran and only for a couple of minutes couldn't get coms working sent the ECU to Antus So now I have a 808 with 12p still no go so flashed the Delcowizard 350 Landcrusier bin that Antus modified .
When I first fitted the the tpi the original injectors where no good so fitted the Denso injectors that were suggested as good replacements.

Re: Hotrod convertion
And it run ok with those injectors until you put the nvram in the 165?
It sounds like its in limp home mode, but it cant be because your pulling logs OK. So it must be running. Its possible I set the jumpers wrong because I didnt put it in a car and only ran it on the bench, but even so that can only be the cylinder selector jumper. Actually, if the J and M jumpers are set to M then it could be a bad connection out the to memcal? Maybe check that pair has the jumper on J? Though it has the original memcal mounted so it should work on M just the same.
Over all from the left:
32K - no
RW - yes (or no if your not tuneing and want write protect the tune thats on it)
PCM - no
4 - no
6 - no
8 - yes
J - yes (use jumpers for # cylinders)
M - no (use memcal for # cylinders)
