Hi all, I have been using Tunerpro for a while thanks to everyone here for all the help.
However, as the engine is an L67 I recently an Air to Air Intercooler and a 65mm pulley, which requried bigger injectors etc etc. As I did not have the skill or time to tune this setup, I made the decision to get it tuned, and the tuner used Kalmaker. The result was really good. Loads more go. BUT. I had ironed out a few bugs when using tunerpro. Just little things like gear shifts etc... And we never manged to get this done on the tune days as it can be pretty time consuming as we all know.
So, no that I have a Kalmaker tune, is there any way to edit that tune? Do I need passwords? can I purchase software or is it no economical to buy for just one car?
The ECU is from a VS.\
Thanks all.

Re: Editing a Kalmaker Tune...
There is some Kalmaker XDF's on here see what models there is. VS L67 wil be a workshop version so look for W70 for example. Might be best to look up the Kalmaker website to see there model listing.

Yeah thats right. You can use the delco flashtool with an aldl cable or oseplugin to detect exactly what is on there but you'll need an xdf to do the tuning and only a couple have been created by forum members. If one doesnt exist for the variant you have then you'll need the right version of kalmaker workshop and an old computer and dos skills to set it up.

It looks like it would be a W45 or W46 as per the kalmaker web site here http://www.kalmaker.com.au/page14.html
The Kalmaker XDF's are here viewtopic.php?f=7&t=5
Doesn't look like one exists on here for it but as antus said read it out and double check what you have.

No data in a kalmaker tune matches factory locations. You need a matching xdf.

The flashtool will ID it if you can connect via ALDL.
Otherwise look for the ascii characters 'WDS' in a bin editor.
