Seen this beast in person and all I can say is Perfection! If the engine didn't say Toyota you would think it was factory fitted! Top work VL400

Very clean, good work.

Thanks that's a great alternative to the GM Buick V6 one.VL400 wrote:Thanks guys.
The air temp on each end tank of the cooler is this one .. https://www.efihardware.com/products/16 ... ies-18-bsp
Pressure sensor is the usual ebay style, its on the hot side of the cooler, so with MAP can measure the pressure drop.
Am also using this for trans fluid temp .. https://www.efihardware.com/products/16 ... ort-series
Next question, how are you logging all these inputs cos you know I want a piece of the action

Re: Toyota Powered VL Calais
Its a one off logger V3. More inputs and outputs basically (8 analog with 4 having optional temp sensor pullups, 2 digital with one reading a flex fuel sensor, innovate MTS data stream for up to 16 devices, MPU6050 accel and gyro...) but no user interface as its automated for logging/recording. It suits what I wanted for this build and will be permanently mounted in the car.ejukated wrote:Next question, how are you logging all these inputs cos you know I want a piece of the action
Thanks! Yeah I guess it is both a ford and garrett! Wont be for long though, its a temp turbo before the GTX makes its way inpsyolent wrote:NB : thats not part Ford now, just part Garrett

Re: Toyota Powered VL Calais
lol I was thinking the same too.
here is that 1080 ftw you asked for.

Its got 2560 processing cores to handle all those inputs.
