Re: Gregs Fleet
I actually went to a different joint around the corner on camp road (old Andy's wreckers) same deal $2 to get in but they had a lot of early and late cars over wider age range than pick a part does now, everything from H series Holden to VE ! Some lucky bloke was ripping a gen 3 out of a commodore for a bargain , guy next to him was ripping out a Ford B8 from X-ray-8 ute, even had some old valiant there and 60's-70's corolla's ! Il be going back for surepsyolent wrote:yepthanxbai

Re: Gregs Fleet
wheres that place glenn? sounds worth a look thats for sure. i got my fuel lines installed on the VN so its all good.
i need to get the proper VN auto trans x member, i have a VS one in there which is fouling on the extractor Y piece so i've figured out.
next weekend i'll be back there.
in other news went to sandown today, my mate was running his R33 skyline. some good cars there. wickedly quick 260Z with FJ20 in it. very very fast car.

Turn off Sydney road on to camp road and cross the train tracks and it's just on the left, prob closer for you as it's just off the ring road when you take Sydney road exit ! Worth it mate !psyolent wrote:wheres that place glenn? sounds worth a look thats for sure. i got my fuel lines installed on the VN so its all good.

Re: Gregs Fleet
if you guys are going up on the weekend let me know as I wouldn't mind going for a battery tray and some sample bolts for manufacturing up some kits. I will need to borrow a reciprocating saw and probably a grinder though.

Re: Gregs Fleet
yeah i'll be going. have a look at this joint glenn is banging on about and going to pick-a for a auto crossmember.
i'll be there early though like just after 9am vlad
can bring both those things if you want?
looks like the VX might have the dying coil issue, its starting to miss a bit under load. normal idle is fine. never a dull moment.
