Re: Vlad's rides thread
yep. I just get annoyed that the techs are so under resourced and do majority of the most complex work and sales just sell as much equipment with little regard to techs whilst being over resourced. So you can imagine how that goes.
I'm the director of VSH (Vlad's Spec Holden), because HSV were doing it ass about.

and management dont see as being any different because sales and creating revenue, whereas techs as just a cost.
just see it for what it is, and, know its broken and navigate accordingly

Re: Vlad's rides thread
well actually, the service/tech department is a big part of the revenue in our company now. It never was until we acquired another company late last year mainly for the service side of things.
its a lot better than it used to be but a long way off still.

Re: Vlad's rides thread
Just a heads up, I spotted these on gumtree for a steal. They are the larger racing extractors and normally worth around the 700 mark.

I hope Vlad is feeling acquiescent cause I'd hate to see Psy have to chose between his wife and Vlad.Chuff wrote:Where's that "thumb on forehead" emoji when you need it.psyolent wrote:VSH wife has stated i need to be home tomorrow. Can we raincheck.

Re: Vlad's rides thread
hahaha
anyways I got some updates.
Some blasting getting done, and my 6800 ultra arrived.
Still waiting on the CPUs. I could not get this card or any for the matter of fact to work. All I would get is no video adapter beep code even with the on board still obviously there. In the end I found removing someof the ram made it POST, well sort of. video signal there but a black screen more than often and definitely if the USB keyboard was in.
I think the chip set if having major addressing issues only have 1 CPU installed and a ultra under clocked hacked one at best lol.
