Pcm bcm relinking with vats off
If vats is off. Will it stop a tech 2 relinking the pcm and bcm

No it shouldn't bother it at all I did it with my brothers vy l67 drove it to work with vats off relinked the ecu then drove home re flashed the memcal and it fired up fine
