VX pcm an harness, engine light , high speed fan

hi all trying to work out how to get a check engine light an high speed fan sorted for this pcm an harness , vy seems to have both on its pcm pinout so wondering if i just add the wires if its in the pcm program or what i need to do to go about getting these option from my current setup. thanks in advance
