a better angle would be nice. i'll see how it goes when it goes. i reckon it'll be a bit crook at low speed. i looked at a vs rail the other day and i reckon i could use bits of it for better bottom mounts.

so i've been fiddling with this. i ended up tapping a couple of bosses for studs to hold one end down. made a little bracket and bolted it to the underside of the rail. it'll get a tidy and paint, but this will give you the idea.

i've started adapting the vn elbow as well. i reckon pointing it out toward the guard will make the throttle cable and air cleaner easier to fit. we'll see.

if your looking for a good accelerator cable get a VS V6 Ecotec cable, they are twice as long as a normal one.

sure will, all you'll need to do is drill a suitable hole ing the firewall for the fitting to poke through and your away!

You can see the two 1/8" flat stock aluminum brackets that hold my fuel rail on here:

and they haven't popped off with fuel or boost pressure ? what else holds your injectors on ?

The fuel pressure wont pop it off, because the injector is holding the pressure in the rail. the only back pressure is when they are injecting, and the mass of the fuel is so low it wouldnt push back much. I imagine it 'only' really has to stand up to the pressure of boost.

The rail is on there quite solid actually.
