Glad you like it, the minister of War/Finance won't....... She's firmly of the belief "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". In my eyes though it's not 100% right it Must need fixin, Tim "The Tool Man" Taylor style fixin

Just doing some searching here in NZ, people want anywhere from NZ$800-1200 for just an M90 blower :(

Found one in Aussie for AU$200 but it's pick up only.

Just buy a brand new Gen 5 M90 from GM for 700 odd and the the LIM brand new to suit for 123 bucks. Only thing is you'll need to modiy the inlet to make it an elbow as the US M90s are always a straight inlet.

Btw the gen 5 is a lot more efficient than gen 3 used in the L67, so much so that out of the box they outperform a fully ported gen 3 M90 and with lower discrarge temps to boot.

I have the the alloy o ring style genuine 5th gen SC gaskets, no more leaks ;) 5 in stock!

I think it has been tried but not simple to fit at all.

I just used genuine GM alloy intake gaskets......

not that gasket, this gasket. http://www.newgmparts.com/oe-gm/12584411

The gen 5 is easier to mod than the US gen 3 due to the inlet being a simpler and thicker design and how it interfaces with the LIM. Literally mill off the inlet between 2 of the same bolts on the aussie version and weld or a good possibility just drill and tap a flange on.

if i have the correct thread below i can't see much difference that you couldn't do with normal porting or are the rotors bigger on gen 5?

It's not really comparing apples with apples when the L67 uses a 64mm TB and the L32 a 75mm TB because we all know the superchargers hate an intake restriction.

TBH, I just don't want to spend that much on something I'm going to hack up.......

I don't think there would be much point to getting the alloy blower gasket either unless you intend to run the standard outlet on the blower/LIM.

yes the rotors are a different design, different angle and profile, also a tighter tolerance and different coating, inlet/out port design is altered to suit.

In theory you could machine an aussie m90 housing to gen 5 specs (inlet and outlet sizing and shape) and fit the guts from a new gen 5 blower.
