Programmable Delco Ignition Module
Re: Programmable Delco Ignition Module
oh thanks Vl400 I don't think I am good enough yet to try a beta and work through any potential hick ups, not that I think there will be I just don't want to be a nuisance.
Re: Programmable Delco Ignition Module
can this module be configured to run an ls2 with a 58 tooth crank trigger with an 808? I have a few 808 ecus and a few wiring harnesses but sadly no ls2 or ls1 ecus and am looking to get this ls2 running for cheap it is going in a mates drift car and we all know drifters have no money. the other option I was thinking was to use an msd 6ls-2 for ignition only and the 808 for fuel only with a reluctor sensor and camira module for refrence.

Re: Programmable Delco Ignition Module
VL400 will be able to confirm, but I would think that if it can interface with the cam and crank triggers then it should be right!
No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

Re: Programmable Delco Ignition Module
It should work fine on that trigger, its a 60-2 (58 teeth + 2 missing). There are now a few running missing tooth triggers with no problems
Flick me a PM if you do want to go ahead with it.

Re: Programmable Delco Ignition Module
would love to see an LS running on an 808 or a 424. Is the 424 capable of running the later autos?

Re: Programmable Delco Ignition Module
Can certainly run the 4 speed auto's in the 4LxxE range, but the 5 and 6 speeds are certainly not plug and play with a '424 PCM.
Re: Programmable Delco Ignition Module
I'm very impressed
This would near make the 808 a one size fits all ecu

Re: Programmable Delco Ignition Module
Thanks
It actually makes many different delco ECUs and PCMs almost a one size fits all. Have them running on a few odd combo's now.

Re: Programmable Delco Ignition Module
I got a guy very interested in delco conversion for suby engine. So Will be needing one for these modules I reckon.
I'm the director of VSH (Vlad's Spec Holden), because HSV were doing it ass about.
Re: Programmable Delco Ignition Module
Any way to run another signal to the module say from a flex output to achieve negative split for turbo rotaries?
