Ok

I changed that, I idles a couple of seconds longer but if you touch the throttle it dies instantly. Here's the altered version.

is it set for the right size injectors.mine does the same start then die when my map sensor does its shit can hold foot on floor will start rev die as well just like it does with no gas.check the map voltage at key on and see wht you get

man thats a lot of timing LOL 10 degrees or more more than ive ever run i bet the knock sensor is going mental at full throttle pulling all that timing back out the best it can LOL

ok i think i can see your problems......
assuming your bin file is V1 .... then you have map a and map b afr tables both set for methanol

Delco this is for methanol, but I'm trying to verify that the 2 bar sensor is OK, with every change so far it is improving. The map voltage is a+c=4.99v, a+b=2.14v, b+c=2.84v at key on.
Holden202 this is the methanol bin that you done for me some time ago, as above making sure map is OK. I changed the map A & B tables for petrol & it starts then runs for a few seconds but it's starting to sound like were going in the right direction. It's a pity it's been sleeting all day, I think I'd be a bit more advanced if I wasn't such a sook, I must be getting old.
Just as a side issue, the throttle body is in front of the blower & the map is connected to the manifold, would the map be better connected to the throttle body?

or am I barking up the wrong tree?

when running the 2bar you need the map into the manifold so it sees boost for 1bar ide have it on the TB

you need to get the map sensor in the manifold somewhere after the blower otherwise it's never going to see any boost!
ok on your not running issues:
* cold engine AFR's and idle AFR's are still methanol numbers
* injector rates have changed from .040 to .130 ..... why is this ? what injectors are in the motor ?
most probably your reason for it starting then dying.....

Maybe I'm over complicating things

The map is in the manifold, just a quest. in case it would be better somewhere else.
I've fitted std Holden injectors, whilst it's on petrol, thinking that it might run better to get an understanding of how this ecu stuff works. Maybe when dato(the owner) gets home tomorrow I should fit the big injectors back in.

if its got stock injectors back in it just use the stock v6 12p tune and set it too 2bar will fire up and run like normal straight out the box
