download tunerpro 5 and use the tp5 ADX in the $12p package to suit your MAP sensor

it has to be the map sensor or the plug did you rewire a new plug on or just modify the plug for the map to fit a 2bar wont plug in directly to 1bar sensor plug.the 2bar tune i sent you early on will run on a 3bar as is as well it just cuts out under high boost on a 3bar so it should run no matter what map sensor you fit

Thanks Jayme, I've now downloaded TP5.
Delcowizzard, I cut some new locating slots in the existing plug so that it matches the 2 bar map. The map may be a dud which is what I'm trying to verify. It's no good wasting another $80-$100 on another map if it's something else.

Bit of an update. After talking with VL400, I burnt a chip using an offset of "8000" & the engine now runs with the 2bar sensor connected.

I'm hoping to have a play around with this engine over the next few days. What sort of figures should I put in the "Map A:Boost Main Spark Advance vs Map & RPM" as it's all set at 20.04 at the moment, as the 2 bar map is working.

for a start, copy in your 100kpa column into the 100kpa column of the boost map, then I usually just copy that all the way accross and remove 1 or 2 degrees of spark per column. thats usually not a bad starter map, then you can tweak it a bit to get it perfect.

I've changed the timing by 1° from 150-200, this is for methanol.

I had a bit of time on the Dato today, here are some results. Using Holden202's methanol bin was to lean at idle.(This bin had been converted to run petrol)
I tried to connect to TP5, but it kept shutting TP5 down :wtf:
I then used the following bin, which I tried to replicate from the other bin,which was still lean but it did show up in TP5, but I lost power & wasn't able to save it.
[attachment=0]$12P-v110 Methanol 2 bar 1.0.bin
The the top 10 shootout from Bathurst came on, so I just had to watch it.
