OSEPlugin for Tunerpro 5 v1.80

this is mostlikely a simple question but my old laptop died so installed tp pro and ose pluging but there are no port for selection when i try to configure ??

im thinking i need to assign the usb as a com port but not sure how this is done with win 7

Its probably as simple as not having drivers for the com port installed. Once the drivers are there, and you plug in the usb->serial it should become available and will be listed in the plugin next time you start up tp5 with it connected. Try disconnecting it and reconnecting it and watch what happens in the system tray on the bottom right. What usb device do you have? do you know what chipset is in it?

yeah that was it once i went to control panel .. it had an error for uart told to find drives .
now it connects but there is no devices found and 0.0 hz should i set echo on ? its a vn ecu with vl400 usb board and chip

No, echo should be off for that hardware. Do you have an nvram board? What bin is on the car?

Echo must be on for a USB board.

Also, which ADX are you using?

ose12p_v110apnx been a little while since i used the software .. i loaded bin and adx dash .. clicked aquire connect/disonnect .. says its connected but 0.0 hz if i ,
if i click intiscate emulation hardware .. tuner pro crashes

Try downloading the 12P V110 package and use the ADX in that called "OSE_$12P_v1.09_1BAR_TP5-fixed_for_tracing.adx", it sounds like you may be using the other ADX (which is for TunerPro V4) .. https://pcmhacking.net/forums/view ... f=27&t=356

thanks vl .. will do i think i may have used the fixed one as well in my tests today with same results but as its been a while since i used tp im sure its just some simple thing that i have over looked .. will give it A crack on sunday hopefull with success after a little reading

I don't know if I'm being blond but loading up this plugin is just not working for me.

I have changed the interface type to "use plugin" but then can not change data acquisition or emulation to ose plugin.

I was using tp5 v500_8040 and OSE plugin 130 then tried tp5 v500_7575 and OSE plugin 125 but no good that's why I'm thinking I'm the problem or I'm not looking in the right area.

ECM is a 808 with USB comms using OSE_$12p_apnx bin file

Xdf OSE_12pv110

Adx OSE_$12p_v1.08 2bar

Engine is a sc vs v6 with a 808 conversion and 2 bar map sensor
