Is the plugin listed under help->plugins? Are there any errors when you start up tp5?

Nope not under there. Plugin has been saved in the tp files directory and did try the plug in but that caused errors so changed it back.

No errors with the plug in in the tp files.

Using win xp also

did you install the microsoft vc++ 2010 runtimes from here? http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download ... px?id=5555 If not, try that.

Installed the visual c++ link still won't show up with a plug in. Did a restart as well and nothing still

is it xp sp3? the microsoft docs say their runtime works on xp sp3 and newer, and not the xp starter edition.

otherwise, it is probably in the wrong location on your pc.

i have been developing on win7 for a while now, but if you cant get it going i'll find an xp machine and test it out.

Yeah it's sp3 xp professional.

I have Using g the directory to save the plugin in:

Mydocuments\tunerpro files

Has tuner pro got settings to redirect its look up

it should be Mydocuments\tunerpro files\plugins\

First page said only for win7 in the plug in folder. Just moved it and it has showed up cheers again mate

so you deleted the old plugin files and added the new one into your plugins directory?
