Ahh right, agreed. Your probably better off converting the code 59 one, as its for your engine. I thought you were running the same G200W! Code 59 has some wierd steps on the VE table, but with a bit of work can average it all out in excel.

the Boost ve table shows 100kpa in every coloum Is this right? can you explain?
The pinout txt shows D8 wideband can someone confirm this is wideband input?
Most of the xdf's are self explanatory but Is there a detailed explanation of each xdf parameter
eg meaning for "tip in bump"

When you set the 2 or 3 bar MAP sensor flag it sets the boost tables up for you - so 1 bar all 100 kpa, 2 bar is 100-200 and 3 bar is 100-300.

your seeing all 100's because the tune you have loaded is only 1 bar, change the flags so its 2 or 3 bar and the numbers in that table will change accordingly.

as far as a detailed explaination, there is really only the threads on the forum with peoples questions in them aswell as the beginners guide which the link for that is in my signature.

are the flex outputs analog or digital (Switch or 0-5 volt)

From the getting started guide "the calibration data which contains all the items you will change to make tuning adjustments and is often referred to as the cal"

Flex outputs are PWM @ 32Hz, but can be used as digital on/off for relay driving by setting the flag in the flex editor. They are a low side driver (switches the ground side on and off) good for around 500mA or so.

If i select "double fire option" does this fire the the injectors straight after each other
or are the injectors fired half a cycle apart

Plenty of info on both how the injectors fire and single/double fire by using the search button in the corner.

ACSP is a different type of sensor that may (or may not) have been used in other markets, has a different voltage curve.
