The ADX has a VE calc in it (its a new item called calcVE), it uses the current VE with your wideband and the target AFR to calculate the required VE. You dont need to copy and paste to excel, just use the histogram to display the new VE - it wont be a full table, just the points you have used in that log, and the ones it has filled just make sure you have had a few samples to get an accurate figure.

It works on any existing 12P log file you have taken too.

I just noticed as I haven't yet got to test $12P but maybe coming up the only V8 release is BLCF which is for manual, is there a release to suit VN V8 Auto?

You just use BLCF, its already got VATS disabled and only need to change the PPK for the ECU vehicle speed calc. Its set to 6250 in a VR, change that to 1250 and your good to go.

AWESOME, just when I went & checked factory release of BLCF was only Manual but it's obviously tweaked to the max with OSE!

as far as the gearbox goes the auto wires connected to the ECM will tell it if its auto or manual and then it will contorl TCC etc if required.

Oh cool, thanks again for clarification!

Just comparing some tuned old v110 files & noticed some differences out of cal area $1EAA to $1F30 to be exact, is that just learnt ram stuff or any updates needed too?

older versions of $12P will have different offsets, so you'd really need to compare it to the same version base file then move changes across into the newer versions.

Yeah I know I was checking it with the exact same release version, that's why I was asking if that needed to be copied across too!

use VL400s flashtool to update the bins, and then compare the defined cal areas between two v111 versions, and if the changes are not defined then no you dont need to copy it across.
