Re: OSE 12P V111
In the 20 to 100 KPA table I'm in the 70s to low 80s in the 100 KPA column. This will provide AFR values in the 12s at all RPM at 100 KPA. In the 100 KPA+ range i've been up over 100 and not nearly enough fuel is being delivered.
I know the fuel system will do it, with other code $58, $59) I can drown the engine in fuel at all levels of boost if I wanted to.
It seems like the kinjflow calc really only works up to 100 KPA, since the calculated value would put my maximum VE somewhere in the high '80s to low '90s at 100 KPA.
As it is I have a lot of space to reduce the table(s), my idle VE is is currently at 51, so if I suggest to the calculator that my engine is twice as large as it is, since I will be running at least 15 PSIG (eventually I'll be back to 20 PSIG) it suggests that the kinjflow number might be more in line with a value that could get me less than 100 VE in the boost VE table.

If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much space.

I think its time to start your own thread now though as its more about tuning your setup than general 12P questions. Did you want everything split from here?

Re: OSE 12P V111
ok so you are too high on the BPC when its set right you will get damn near 100% VE at 100kpa to get commanded fuel ratio in the 20-100 mapA open loop a/f fuel ratio table.if you havnt setup the "Charge Temp - Boost % Coolant contribution for calculating charge temp Vs RPM & MAP" table ide do so now.i generally just copy the 100kpa colomn into every colomn and then trend that table down on the slope it is heading in now by dragging 1 colomn at a time untill the 300kpa colomn cant go any lower its better than a flat table LOL.
after that its just going to be the battery voltage tables that will maybe need a tweak.like i said if you want to send me a bin i can have a scan through for anything that jumps out

If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

Re: OSE 12P V111
Hi all, I'm a real noob to tuning. Got my NVRAM s setup and working and the USB comms is installed. Had the tune pro se fired up with the OSE plugin running but when I bring up the dash there are no parameters, just a blank window. What am I doing wrong? Also, which 12P bin should I use on a vp v6? I know these are probably stooped questions, but I just need a little help to get me started.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: OSE 12P V111
In the very first post of this thread there is a 12P V111 zip file that has the ADX files. These are the logging definitions and what define the dash.
There are various ADX files, for a Vp V6 use "OSE_$12PV111_1BAR - Petrol.adx"
In the plugin thread (http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=590) there is a PDF that has how to load the ADX etc.
There are also two V6 cal files, an APNX for VN and BLCD for VR style engines. Can try with either and whichever runs better use that as your base tune.

Got it working. Thanks. I, really amazed by the adjustability. Now to work out what all these things do.

What is the max frequency PWM that is available via flex out?

Can only be up to 128Hz.
