Sure have selected VT. See in the background tuner pro running (after) I was playing with OSE tool so I know it's connecting. But in tuner pro you can also see it's not emulating hardware. Which what I gather is not seeing the PCM

actually tunerpro always shows not emulating and hardware not found... unless you are realtime tuning a pcm which you arent. see the big blue DA:Connected sign, and the 10hz? that means its connected and logging. open the dash in tunerpro and step on the throttle, the TPS needle should move.

Can you try connecting, and when it fails attach the message box text (under the file menu of the flashtool, choose 'save detailed information' and attach the file here).
If TunerPro logs the PCM then the flashtool should also connect. Its failing to see the BCM in your giant (and now resized) screenshot which is not right.
The flashtool wont link BCMs and PCMs due to the possibility of misuse, its actually a very easy thing to do but wont be adding the function.

I used these settings on V143 OSE tool
I did notice that on TunerPro the "Injector Pulse Time" went from 0.77 to over 400 when I moved the throttle body butterfly too

In both rtf files your not able to detect the heartbeat (a message sent by the BCM) or able to get a reply from the BCM when telling it to disable chatter. Which is odd, as in one of the very early efilive screenshots you posted it shows chatter with the BCM data. The settings look correct for your setup assuming the interface your using has echo (would need to confirm with whoever supplied it, but it most likely will). Regardless you should see the heartbeat if nothing else.
Are you sure the PCM and BCM are both powered up? Try selecting VT on bench and see if it will connect - it will only look for the PCM.

Connected Tuner Pro RT to ensure ALDL cable found and working, Closed then connected EFI Live cut and paste chatter into rtf doc, then closed EFI Live and opened OSE Tool - first VT on Bench, then VT in Car.
Forgot to try no echo. Can do that later. Engine still turns until security cuts it. (There are no fuel lines connected so it wont run).
Side note, the O2 sensors get really hot, there is no exhaust system hooked up at the moment either

its worth noting, that EFIlive is connecting to COM5, but you are trying to connect to COM3 in the flashtool.........
