Hello All,
New to the forum so sorry about simple question. I am looking into getting a Holden 304 and using the injection on a 253 but first wanting to know is there any differences between vn to vs/vt?
I need the 253 for license purposes. Has anyone fitted a 304 injection to 253 and had it tuned?
Ando.

think you need 30 thou over bores to fit the heads of the valves fowl on the cylinders
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

well you don't need overbore but i think you need to relieve the top of the bores for the valves, other than that, need to run the VN heads and a vn cam....
i'd stick with a vn/vp as they are a more basic ecm that controls only what you need so will work in any car with any tranny.

No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

You could always inject the 253 as is, Run a Torque Power Manifold drilled for injectors, fabricate fuel rails, 4 barrel throttle body, all sensors inc dizzy, loom and ecu from vn efi v8.
