VT V6 1.9 $a5k decel fuel cut

Post by shane1 »

Has anyone got an xdf for ddrh that has decel fuel cut in it.Im tuning one and it surges on decel and when scanned you can see the decel fuel cut going on and off in time with the surge ive tried everything else to stop it and would lick to turn decel cut off as you can see the mixtures go lean on the dyno when it does it.Ive noticed a lot of supercharged cars do it so id like to see if i can get rid of it.
Cheers Shane

Try the following for DDRH
$51B2......X*25............RPM High, above this DFCO active. In DDRH is $29 = 1025 RPM
$51B3......X*25............RPM Low, below this DFCO inactive. In DDRH is $28 = 1000 RPM
Earlier bins had these set higher, but there are also other parameters that affect DFCO (mgc, vehicle speed, tps, etc.)
Having said that, if you increase the High setting to $FF, DFCO would only be enabled above 6375 RPM, would also up the low setting to $FF to ensure all is OK.

Good Luck,
