Can't connect. Hardware not found
I'm having trouble connecting to my nvram realtime setup with tunerpro iv used it on my standard memcal no worries but can't get it working now. Iv changed the plug in to the antus one I'm using a vt adx file but still can't get a reading and the bottom of the screen says hardware not found. Plus I can't find a auto detect hardware button :/ this is frustrating as hell

Re: Can't connect. Hardware not found
The plugin does not work well on VT and later PCMs, the BCM hammers the data bus so the plugin does not get time to say its bit.
You can disable the BCM by adding a switch so its no longer on the bus for RT tuning or use TP for logging only (using the normal logging engine) and the flashtool to read/write.

What flashtool? Lol. So how can I switch the bcm off? So the plug in vastly won't work without dooing these mods? Iv gotten fault codes to show but that's it.

Flashtool - https://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=82
BCM mod - https://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1990
Flashtool has no problem with the BCM on the bus, its just the plugin that has some troubles.

Ok so now I have a working chip and still can't connect. I can use efilive no worries but can't get squat on tunerpro or the flash tool. My bcm is disconnected and iv got vl400"s cable and that works great. Any suggestions?

Re: Can't connect. Hardware not found
What car are you trying to connect to? That will determin the ADX to use.
In the flashtool open preferences, select the com port the interface is on, in the drop down vehicle presets select the model and then press ok. It should then connect ok.

Re: Can't connect. Hardware not found
I've had problems in the past with this type of thing as well, nearly always comes down to the adx echo settings. Go to edit definition and change the echo setting to the opposite of what it's already set to.
If using the flashtool try the same thing.

Re: Can't connect. Hardware not found
It's a vt v6 computer and loom, seams to only work on vs, the flashtool might be the same. The chip is the latest revision of vt though. Seams pretty odd...
So iv had a little play, dropped my high speed fan temps by 10degrease and upped the performance shift speed a bit and lifted the limiter. I turned the neutral limiter down to 4,000 (just for the he'll of it)
