could some one tell me wear to by the pro tuner & solfwear to tune vt-vy v6 & is there someone i could talk to direct on the phone to get started

well i guess the first question is do you have an interface cable and if so which one ?

you will also need to download the correct definitions to suit your model of car.

You will need a data interface of some sort , these work... https://pcmhacking.net/forums/view ... f=14&t=622

There are plenty of standard bin files on this site if you just want to use tunerpro to have a play before getting started on a car.
