Here's my genesis blue manual vs clubsport build number 92, I've owned it for about 18 years, was the family wagon for yrs till it got too much for the ex to drive lol now's its the shed ornament. not sure on hp atm haven't dynoed it yet but i built it to have close to 550hp and can rev it out to 8000 in the first 4 gears (not game to try the last 2 gears )
DRIVELINE
355 stroker
Come racing 355 stroker crank, mains cap girdle, scat H beam rods, speedpro flattop forgies, 11.9:1 comp, monster ported alloy heads with oversize stainless valves, crane 288 cam & crane valvetrain, asr main girdle oil pan, ARP studs top & bottom, oil gallery mods with ported oil pump, Harrop high rise manifold with 1200cfm 4barrell throttlebody, 42pound injectors, 400lph walbro pump, innovate WB & vl400 NV ram, VT 5L 120amp alternator.
lightened & balanced billet flywheel with 10.5inch brass clutch with vz t56 & mal Wood conversion kit, speedohealer v4 speedo corrector (soon to get a full cable to hydraulic clutch conversion ready for the next installment )
4.11 shimmed LSD Diff (had a Detroit locker in there was good driving but not fun around car parks haha).
EXHAUST
Pacemaker big bore 1 3/4 extractors twin 3in bullet cats & full twin 3in exhaust (sounds loud & insane I'm sure the neighbors fkn hate me every time I start it! haha
BRAKES
fronts- modified 343mm ve hsv rotors with ve v8 calipers on a custom made adaptors (replaced my 330mm VT brakes) braided lines.
rears- 315mm VT rotors with ve calipers and modified vy handbrake shoes for the bigger handbrake assy.
VT master cylinder conversion with racebrakes adaptor. Pulls up like this haha
SUSPENSION
front- ssl springs with shortened sports struts & Noltec offset strut tops
rear- sssl springs with heavy duty shortened shocks (blew 1 of the Bilstein shocks not happy!).
30mm front & 20mm rear whiteline sway bars and whiteline rear mount front strut brace
reinforced rear irs crossmember (this is its 4th! I'm sick of changing them! haha).
full Nolathane bushed front & rear. Including anti tramp bushes in the Diff mount and front cradle mounts too.
Nolathane camber kit (only kit that has enough adjustment for sssls).
INTERIOR
purple & black vz sv6 electric fronts & rear seat.
android flip out head unit ALDLdriod, 6x9s in the parcel shelf and 6in the front door pods. Single amp and 12in boxed sub for doof doof haha
WHEELS AND TIRES
20in Gold Simmons with black round thingy's with 9.5in rears and 275 tires! now it hooks up grouse!
