VS Super six XDF

Hi all, I notice the VS Supercharged 6 XDF that there is a high and low octane main timing map. Are both used? How do i switch ECU between them? or is only one used?

low is like ALL other's if it see knock it starts running on that depending on how much knock & what is learnt, if theres no knock or none learnt it runs of high table!

This is just a very basic overview but all thats really needed to know!
