4L60e trans controll.

Post by utevanwgn »

Hi Ill keep this short.
Can I use a 424 to control the trans and a Holley HP ecm to run a 5L turbo.
I want to do this because I have the Holley unit and its wideband . And self tuning software.
Ive done a bit of tinkering with tuner pro and am happy with the results so far but my computer skills are not up to doing TP live .
Another reason is that I live at least 500k north of the nearest competent help.
Cheers Nathan

Yes, but you'll need to duplicate enough of the sensor signals to keep the 424 happy (at a minimum the rpm signal from the stock sensor and coolant/intake temp sensors, and TPS. VATS wont stop the car because its a fuel pump and your running another ecm for that.)
