vt 5l engine light in vs ute

is there anyway to get the engine light working without the bcm, or will running it in to my vs v6 bcm work

Maybe able to do with vs bcm if you use the vt computer and fit with a vs series 3 memcals, as per what the factory did.

I have a Vt 5L in my VS ute, running the VT PCM with a VS bin on an NVRAM. CEL works perfectly, just as normal in a VS.

what he means is, install the VT engine loom and computer into the VS, then run a VS series 3 tune on the memcal. eg: DRRP bin for auto.
