i know holden 202 has just finished a build hope he sees this looking for all the torque wrench settings for vn 304 and settings for the arp headstud kit so i can re-assemble this turbo 304 now we have all the new parts cheers :punk:
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

Holden manual says stage 1 50 -55 nm stage 2 77-83nm for the head
56 -64 nm for connecting rods

just be sure you use thread sealer in the head and valley bolts! ;)

what about the main bearing cap torque settings boys anyone got the manual in front of them about to go hone it and start measuring ring gaps and and prepping it

Main bearing cap bolts 81 - 95 Nm
Connecting rod cap nuts 56 - 64 Nm
Flywheel/flexplate bolt 81 - 88 Nm

cheers guys much appreciated love the huge pic of all the settings 4 pistons in allready about to go do the last 4 now
