VS 3 Mafless Tune - Possible?

Hi all. Can somebody tell me how to mod a 304 (roller cam MAF engine) tune to become a MAFless tune. All the "mechanics" down here don't want to know you unless you have an LS*.
We've been thinking of getting rid of the bananas, and fitting a decent manifold and throttle body setup, hence the question.
I could probably manufacture some sort of "inlet" for the throttle body and still use the MAF sensor, but if it's possible to do MAFless, we would.
Any guidance, information, or "can't be done" answers greatly appreciated.

Either need to go kalmaker or use a VR/VS ecu and modify wiring to suit from sequential injection to batch injection.
Is it a manal or auto?

Probably a good contender for 11P if auto (or even manual, although though then could be 12p too).
