Upkeep on this site
To all the hard working crew on PCMHACKING.NET.
I have question.
Some days I feel guilty just pilfering files, programs etc etc on here that you (you know who you all are) have spent countless hours/days/weeks providing for us.
I haven't contributed much in the last couple of years due to personal matters but always visit here, and was wondering.......
Is there a way or a need for donations for the upkeep on this site?
Just had this thought whilst sitting in my car ready to connect my laptop to the munro and realising that I have to download everything again after wiping my hard drive a few months ago.
Opinions anyone????????

I can't agree more, i have raised this before and it seemed to be shrugged off... One opinion was that it would change from a community of like minded people, sharing information into a business, with that comes liabilty... And lets face it money is the root of all evil...
Still, the domain and associated things all cost money, one person should not be responsible for that when so many benifit.
I'd like to see a 'donation' button

Was thinking the same thing the other day. Maybe t-shirts, stickers, all profits go as donations to the site?
I'm the director of VSH (Vlad's Spec Holden), because HSV were doing it ass about.

Re: Upkeep on this site
im not sure how many know, but Antus is the site owner, and covers everything out of his own pocket for the love of the hobby. I put my hand up to help him out with distribution of nvrams (which he also does mainly to help forum users out), but have also offered directly to help out covering costs. Antus has definitely started something terrific for the DIY tuning hobbyists, which also shows in the fact that a lot of google searches for our type of area have this site at the top of the results!
