Nice, that flat head looks to be running a wasted spark setup and looks like it has a very good exhaust system.

From the guys comments in the video it's retarded timing so looking closely it's still burning on the exhaust stroke. It's a stationary engine so yeah magneto fires every crank rev.

I just find it interesting how it looks like the flames are been sucked out of the exhaust port.
