Injector latency

Can some one please explain injector latency to me? From what I can gather it's the time it takes for the injector to open. So in 12p I'd look at the table injector-injector bias add-on vs injector pulse width yeah?. Than looking at my injector information it's the injector short pulse adder ?

The opening times is the latency i set that up in the bin I done for you. Also done another with single fire too.

Yeah but what I'm finding. Is if I set the injectors up by zeroing out the injector bias add on vs injector pulse width I've got to up the injector flow rate from say .035 to .055 to get the afr where it should be. So if I set the injector bias add on would that fix that

The values in that are very low pulse widths wouldn't of imagined you'd be in thise areas often

i just don't no why I've got to up the injector flow rate so much over where it should be.

Get the injectors tested and data generated by The1. Only way to do it. I've done it before

Ok though I'd post my findings today. I've been scaling the injectors down going off the spec sheet at 100% duty cycle. It's always ran lean. So I decided to scale them down going off 80% duty cycle. It says on the info for the injectors to run them at a maximum of 93% duty cycle so that's what got me thinking to scale them down at 80%. With just a base 12p tune set up for boost, it started and ran exactly the way it should of. Fired first go no problems but was running just a little rich. With the larger cam and harrop intake I'd assume that's why it's not needing as much fuel. So I then decided to grab Dylan's Ve map he gave me, that he tuned with the same cam and a tp intake. And bam afr's are spot on.

Another thing I've always noticed in tunerpro, when I go into data list views. The cranking time counter has always been highlighted red. Which normally means there's an issue there. Can any one point me in the right direction or shed some light as to what's going on there?

This is the cranking time counter I'm talking about. When the cars running and the laptops hooked up, it's red indicating an error
