Were you going underneath the crankshaft? I thought it would be getting close the the sway bar area and would need some way to keep it off that and the crank pulley.

Yeah the plan is to run it around the bottom of the sump. Probably need to make a couple of little brackets that come down from the sump bolts to hold the loom in place. Not sure if it'll go under the AC pump or back over the top of that. To go over the top the AC bracket will need a bit of modification.

I have run these done the drivers side and around the back of the sump to the starter before. this seems to work and is neater. Only real hassle is undoing the sump for oil leak purposes but generally you would have the k frame on the floor too so it is not the only thing to remove.

Solved the FPR problem today with clearance to spare. I'll probably rotate the FPR so the gauge faces the dizzy as it's a bit hard to read in it's current position but that's no biggy.

I think I have solved the fuel line fitting space issue. Just need to make up a flexible line between the fitting on the fuel rail and the hard line.

The only thing I'm not sure about is the tight radius on the flex hose.

Did a test fit for an AN fitting on the WP this afternoon. Used an old WP to experiment with, need to move the holes a little to get into the meat of the body but it's not a problem drilling and tapping to suit 3/8" NPT.

Refitted the old wp and tried to fit the power steering pump and new bracket yesterday but it turns out the supplier has given me the wrong cap screws. They should have been 3/8 unc x 4.5" but instead gave me m10 x 120....

One step forward, 2 steps back. Bloody frustrating.

Back on shift now so won't be able to do any more till next weekend.
