A bit of a search landed me here
viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2981&p=31447&hilit=%2483+adx#p31447 (searched for $83 adx) where Holden202T confirms to use the $11 ADX for that operating system which is available in the link Biggvl provided as "VR_$11_v1.05-tp5.zip"
