Re: FS: USB Vehicle Data Interface
Check what com port it is on, the plugin has a hard coded com1-com9, it does not auto detect the port yet, though it is on the list for the future. You might need to move another device out the way and set it to a usable com port.
Have you read the FAQ? For lots of information and links to significant threads see here: http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396

Re: USB Vehicle Data Interface
Have you loaded the drivers as per the instructions or let windows detect it? The latest drivers from FTDI seem to work well for me. Does the flashtool work with it??
Re: USB Vehicle Data Interface
flash tool seems to operate fine but i cannot get tp 5 to recognise it? it have the latest ftd drivers you recomended in the pdf doc.

Re: USB Vehicle Data Interface
Its possibly an echo issue (see the note here .. https://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=613) or if your using a standard bin the plugin wont detect that, you must use the RT enabled bins.
Re: USB Vehicle Data Interface
i am using a rt enabled bin tried both echo on and off tp 5 just wont pick up the usb interface all it says is hardware not found when i try to detect hardware within tuner pro

Have you downloaded and installed the plug-in .. https://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=590
Set it up as per the thread and it should detect the PCM when TP5 starts - will show down the bottom of the screen what it found.
