hi guys just wondering if anyone knows what these do or where i can find out what there for in a tune
1= Charge Temp - Inverse Temperature term vs Charge Temperature term
2= DE - DE Coolant factor vs Coolant Temp
3= AE - AE Multiplier Vs Engine RPM Table
4= Charge Temp - % Coolant contribution for calculating charge temp Vs RPM & MAP
i havent a clue what they mean and what there for does anyone know??
also what are the main things i should be adjusting to gain more hp other than ve,main spark, fuel???? been playing around data logging etc changing advance and fuel etc and not really noticing much difference??
help understanding these parametres???

Re: help understanding these parametres???
you only really need to adjust the ve table and spark advance for power.yu will gain more from spark than anything else.
dont worry about 1 no need to change that.
DE means decel enleanment takes fuel out on high vacuam etc AE is acceleration enrichment or pretty much the same as the accelerator pump in a carby theres settings for map tps and lots of other trhings that all work together anything delta map is map variation to trigger delta tps is tps % to trigger etc.
charge temp coolant contribution is the air temp sensor and coolant sensor sort of working together to equate mass of air entering engine no real need to change it if inlet temp sensor is in stock location.
so the power you will feal is at high throttle which is 100kpa on the map scale add timing there more down low will make it spin easyier when you stand on it.normally the tunes are detuned at the lower rpm 80 90 100 kpa area compared to what they can be just so its easy to drive in the wet ive made v6's dangerous to drive in the wet cause you pull into traffic and the car hardly moves due to wheelspin you should feel it on the v8 LOL.

If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem
