For those of you who can't get simulated narrowband O2 signal from a wideband lambda controller to work with these (and later) ECMs:
If you look at the inputs schematic and take note of the O2 sensor amplifier, you will note that it has two inputs pins.
O2HI - obvious, the narrowband signal comes in here.
O2LO - perhaps less obvious, it needs to connect directly to the signal ground PIN on the wideband controller.
Ideally you would splice the wideband controller signal ground wire (goes to engine block ) and O2LO wire (to ECM) as close as possible to the wideband controller, ideally in the connector.
