pcm recovery seed error

They go by many names, P01, P10, P12, P59, E38, VPW, '0411 etc.

pcm recovery seed error

hi all im tryin to recover my pcm after it bricked on me its p01 i keep getting seed error and security times out even after shorting pin done a dtc check with ls1 flash tool nd it gives errors p0122 and p122 any help would be great as it my daily driver seed request fail

Pcmhammer? Can you do a get parameters and get data back from it? if you can then I dont think your doing the recovery mode short properly. Cut and paste the details from the debug tab after and attempt in to a text file and attach here.

What did you try and write to it? With what tool and in what write mode?

PCM's for experimentation are very inexpensive. Pick one up in the junk yard and avoid bricking the computer in your daily driver. Always keep an ace in the hole.

Bricked? How are you getting any communication? You mean corrupted? P0122 is tps code. I'm confused
