Mixing fuel adding ethanol to pump 98

Hi guys how much ethanol would I need to add to pump 98 to get the advantage of adding more timing I don't have pump e85 available car has anyone tested this

Simple 85lt of ethanol and 15lt of petrol will make 100lt of E85...
According to chemistry, alcohol is a solution...
