So years ago they stopped up using the GM for TIS to check latest calibration for VIN & then there was a work around to use Opel TIS(https://tis2web.service.opel.com/tis2web/)

Seems now whether you choose normal programming or VCI it doesn't give you access... comes up with something like invalid CO-OP or something?

Is there a new workaround or easier place to find latest calibration options for GM/Opel/Chev etc...

I tried it just now. It's ok for the vin I tried.

the opal site doesn't have newer vehicles but there is another workaround but it's more work..

create a free account. Then you can click on Resources at the top and select sps calibration information..
have to log in each time and password expires frequently.

That doesn't always work either...

Both the opel and new acdelco calibrations lookup can sometimes show nothing.

The only time it then shows is when loading it up in techline with a module on the bench.

I just tested my 2000 Jackaroo on the Opel site and it gave an option for Isuzu export and another for Holden database. It came up in Isuzu export (it's Japan built, Australia delivered) and it did tell me my current ECM cal is 1624989 and for the record its on this PCM viewtopic.php?p=128893#p128893

Some vehicles it seems to show and others not. For eg VZ models with the LE0 will show a full os and cal numbers. But the SV6 shows that warning. It’s almost as though they don’t support the LY7s.
Looked up a 2012 VE today and it showed fine. But then that was also for a LE0
I also don’t think it shows crewman. I tend to wonder if it only shows the actual OPEL variants that were exported there.

Nah, this sure has no connection to opel.
Whats more with the Jacaroo vin it lists the 'salesmakes' which I think are the databases it has. It has one named Holden, and one named Isuzu - General Export. Which makes me think, it likely has all of them. It would be interesting to put a saab vin in to it and see what comes up for something else completely different.
Edit: nope saab not coming up... so its not all of them.

Be careful with that Opel CalID. It's frozen in time from before GM or maybe PSA sold them off. It's still really useful, but it's missing any changes from the last couple years.

There is still a free vin cal decoder, but you need account on delcotds site.
