You have a lot to learn. efi is complex. use the forum search function and have a read of some threads of other users. You need the right computer, the right configuration of the ecu, the right sensors, the right signals. As a starting point you can bring the ecu and all the sensors and all the wiring across, including the efi TB with the injector in it and the distributor with the trigger system. You need to make sure everything is able to run in factory configuration as a start, so fuel pressure, return etc. Do not omit any sensors on the engine. Once you have all that done you'll need to tune the computer for the new engine. Fewer people have done this on the throttlebody injection but a small number of people here have done it and I am one of them on a mates mates car. You'll need to install tunerpro and familiarise yourself with XDF files (define the data in the calibraiton / bin file) and ADX files (define the data). Have a look at the wiring diagram here viewtopic.php?p=18669 to think about wiring and sensors. Think about physically how you make it all fit. Then you'll need to learn about 12P and tuneing delco 808s. For that check the green question mark in the right hand corner (or click the link in my signature just under this post) and read and watch the videos. You'll need a good understanding of all of this to trouble shoot and tune this if you decide to go this way.
Have you read the FAQ? For lots of information and links to significant threads see here: http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396
