Hey everyone.
I’m having an issue with a VY v6 pcm with ode flash tool.
Trying to flash the1’s enhanced bin but I’m getting an error when I double click the bin file.
File type does not match the connected device
Continue yes or no?
Anyone seen this?
Any recommendations?
Thank you

Re: OseFlashtool wrong file type
Which file? Whats on the PCM now? Sounds like it probably is the wrong file. Or maybe you're doing a calibration write before doing the first time full write to get the operating system on there. Be careful, make sure you follow all the instructions, or you could brick.
Have you read the FAQ? For lots of information and links to significant threads see here: http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396

Re: OseFlashtool wrong file type
Tries to write
VX-VY_V6_S060A_Enhanced_Manual_v1.0a
Definitely went write BIN
My understanding is it’s completely stock currently.
Did a couple of GET BIN first.

Re: OseFlashtool wrong file type
I just clicked yes, when it said file type is different and it worked. All good.
