I've forked LaurieWired's ghidra mcp server and added server side python support to it.
What this gives you is the best of both worlds: GhidraMCP + ghidra_bridge capability. Tested with claude code desktop.
Use the conventional MCP tool calls for normal back-and-forth with the LLM, and run_python for the heavy a2l type work - mass renames, xref sweeps, batch comments, applying data types across many addresses. These run as a single loop inside Ghidra instead of thousands of individual MCP/HTTP round-trips. Only the printed result crosses the wire.
All the original GhidraMCP tools work unchanged.
