Re: VF Commodore Steering Rack

What would be interesting is if we can get a hold of a calibration file for it & if we could adjust what it needs to recieve/transmit on the main canbus. Just about every late model ecu would transmit the main engine parameters. Wheel speed data would come from the EBCM, but if you have another...

Re: E67 Questions

Hptuners has a larger following because they did a much better push into the US market by providing a cheaper and imo inferior cable. Which is why theres a bunch of hacked & knock off version. Still havent seen a cloned efilive unit.. The software was often more prone to bricking controllers bec...

Re: E67 Questions

well unless you know how to find the parameters in the ecu. you would be better off just purchasing efilive of hptuners.

Going into the code is not really a beginners thing if your looking to get a project up and running relatively quickly.

Re: VZ PIM

You might be correct. a few of my reads did have data in there, then it went back to zero.

since this in a vy & im not doing any linking it might have reset when it took me a few goes at recovering the bin.

the willem reads the data bitflipped but the ezp device reads it direct.

Re: VZ PIM

Sneak peak of what i'll finish off & then upload the xl file here again.

I'm hoping that there is a specific value that will enable the reverse relay output on the pim without setting it to a 5l40e.
