Re: PCMHammer P04
Ok, so far, I tested a P04, P10, P12 and P12b. Pay no attention to volts in the logs. My MDI2 is plugged into a GoDiab GT100+ and the PCM power is connected directly to a lab power supply. I used the test version of PCM Hammer posted at https://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=8300 . T...

Re: PCMHammer P04
Just so I am clear, do we need more testing for P10 and P12 for Gampy's new kernel? If so I'll get set up and do some testing.

Re: PCMHammer P04
I have not actually ripped one apart, but I don't think they are potted, I think the cover is just glued. I think Darkman5000 posted a pic in the P12 thread. Edit: I think (my brain is getting pretty foggy) the P12 and the E40 share BDM ... I have E40 BDM Pinout. -Enjoy The E40 and the P12 have a d...

Re: PCM Hammer Release 021
I dont think so, sounds more like falty hardware either a module or the pcm. can you try it on the bench? No was not able to. Customer had to pick up. It does have me wondering though. I know Jet makes those tuner ecus that plug directly into the pcm and then the plug that plugs into pcm plugs into...

Re: PCM Hammer Release 021
I decided to try and read this PCM with Jet Tuners and it too gave me an error when it got to the task of reading the memory. The error from Jet Tuners is "Memory Read Aborted. Unknown MSComm Error. (F/1) Everything up to that point worked perfect. PCM unlocked, went into 4x speed. Could this t...

Re: PCM Hammer Release 021
I have run into another P59 that PCM Hammer is having trouble reading. Here in the shop I have a 2006 GMC Yukon Danali with 6.0 . OSID is 12587811, and Hardware ID is 12589162. Logs attached.

Re: USB BDM NT
I have a P04 I'm willing to submit for destruction. Either I can do it myself with a heat gun, or send it off to someone more sophisticated. I'll donate it to the cause, shipping and all. Let me know. I have a soldering and reworking station here along with a digital microscope. I would be willing ...

Re: USB BDM NT
It looks like the diagram is missing the DS pin. Does anyone have details? I'll see if I can trace the others back to the CPU and find some documentation to attempt to locate it, but it's not going to be as easy as the standard header on the P08. I looked at the P04 a few months ago trying to figur...
