Well that would make sense are the $12P value is 20.04 which about I'll say the spark is too adavanced.
The table I had was also offset to the $12P by exactly 20.04 degrees
I understand the calc for the Scalar value but not sure on how to find the location i took a guess to be 0x42 but it was just a guess from looking are other scalar values around it.
$12P BLCD V6

Re: $12P BLCD V6
Disregard that comment about the location i just realised the factor is actually already setup in the xdf file and has the same value as the factory bin. One thing i did just notice is the charge temperature offset value is 20.04 this is a new feature to $12P Correct? Could this be the problem?

Ok I'm slow just worked it out. Newbie first time behind the scene of a xdf file.
You were talking about seting up a linked parameter for the Y defination for the table
Anyway thats all sorted now to test it out. that should hopefully fix the poor performance and the knocking

Your doin well so far, not too many on here setup the XDFs and discuss it so there is not alot of info in that regard.

Re: $12P BLCD V6
Just have to say not logs done at this stage abut the car drive just like the factory program did. So looks like the cal file is all good to go
I'll Upload it tonight along with the modified xdf file for the $12.
If anyone is in a hurry the only difference to the cal already in this thread is the "EST - Coolant Advance vs MAP and Temp (Coolant Advance Bias Term Is Subtracted)" table offset all by -20.04
Thank for your help once again guys

Re: $12P BLCD V6
Just had a squiz at the differences, only thing I would suggest changing is to set "Map x: set=Use Altitude Adjusted MAP Load Variable as load variable, clear=Use MAP Load Variable For Lookups" so the cal is altitude compensated. Otherwise looks good

Re: $12P BLCD V6
One thing that I'm still confused about is why is the $11 BPLY tune spark curve different to the $12 BLCD?

Re: $12P BLCD V6
Have added the fixed BLCD bin to the 12P V110 package in place of the original now
The manual and auto difference may be due to two different calibration groups?
