Oh and the previous time I posted I think we posted together and my message may have been missed. What is the thickness of the reducer plates?
Shit yes I forgot to do that.

Sorry. The plates are 0.5mm is the thickness.

You might as well turn this into a build thread and post it up in Member's Rides.

It is of my opinion that the secondary needs to be closed up allowing the primary to be in control.

You answered my next question before I asked,

and if it was,

answered the next one ... I assume you duplicated the one in the primary.
Intelligence is in the details!

It is easier not to learn bad habits, then it is to break them!

If I was here to win a popularity contest, their would be no point, so I wouldn't be here!

I would try something a little simpler.
Have a look at where your TPS screws into the T/body.
Remove the screws and look if there are elongations in the switch to adjust for a lower volts output.
If not, file the plastic on the TPS adjacent to the screw holes to give some 'adjustment' for the range lower than 1 v.
Also, how 'closed' is the primary T/B, and is the 2ndry 'fully' closed.
Hi Gampy
This was discussed previously.

and...
'quipt4it wrote:One thing I did think of after posting was to take a sample of a few spark plugs. See if it does tie in with the trouble code.
Try and get closer to 4.9-5.0v at WOT. I would fully close the 2ndry air valve, as a slightly open 80mm T-B will let in more air than you might think. Use the primary to control initial idle. This would mean you would have to reduce voltage even further (from the previous 1.03v). You mentioned taking a video of the car running, that is a good idea.
Looks like a nice ride

Couldn’t duplicate it as the primary is 65mm and the secondary is 80mm.

It’s only a idle issue. This car puts a smile on my face each time I drive it. It’s taken 8 years to get to this point collecting parts. Majority all sourced from Australia.

This is a video of my first drive of it back in August this year.

I had to squeeze the throttle a little to see what could possibly be in there. Excuse my slight retardedness. I’ve also since recently received my Walky wheel back from Gary West Upholstery and fitted it.

Looks like a dead end?
If you look at one of the diagnostic charts, it mentions coolant sensor resistance. The one the ECM uses, not the switch for the dash.
These are known to be troublesome. Check.
Go through all those steps.
Sorry, this is another simultaneous post. My thoughts of the videos are below!
