Trust me.....it was F@#KING loud when it went bang!
Fired it up straight away while i was still rolling and the revs went WHHHHOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRR to redline :o
Switched off and rolled around the corner and parked it to see the mess under the bonnet.
Rang a mate and said i need tape...any tape,quick!!
Bent the back panel as much as i could and taped it up.It even bent my accel cable bracket when the VT rubber must have ballooned beyond bang!
Fired it up with the sound of whistling packing tape and trundled off home about 3 k's away.
Parked it,went off to work, pulled it off Sunday morn then i noticed the badge missing and said SH#T.
Straightened it out during that week, ordered a bottle of Argon and welded it back together and fired it up.
Too scared to boot it on gas now, otherwise still drives fine and wouldn't even know anything happened to it looking at it now. I'll post another pic later.
Back to TP5....i'll have to try the latest latest version and see if thats stable.
cheers...Mario

Thats why you need gas injection :)

Im a little suspect of the latest version, or perhaps its the plugin. Ive been tuning my gemini a lot in the last week, and it doesnt seem to be as stable as it should be. Its working for my first log/record/save cycle but depending on what I do from there... Will have to investigate deeper. :(

Finally found the stability issue with recent tp builds, have released oseplugin v1.2.1 to resolve this. If you are experiencing crashes, update to this version.

I had a play with TP5 build 5.00.7532.00 today and could not get OSE plug-in to get recognised in "data aq-interface type"
no matter where i put the ose dll file in TP5.
I've had no problems installing the ose plug-in before and even tried the last TP5 build.....no luck.
Unless my laptop is playing funny buggers again.
Got me buggered why this is happening.

are you using the new plugin released last week? and where are you putting the file exactly? the official location for plugins is: Documents\TunerPro Files\Plugins

yeah it does work there on xp at least, maybe on win 7, but mark (the tp author) says to put it where jayme said. so thats what should be done.
