I have a few e67s with jacked up virtual eeproms, other than J tag can if easily be fixed?
Takes me two hours to J-tag a e67 at 60 an hour I can also buy another used one for that price!
From j tag experience it’s definitely only a section of the main chip. Should just be a simple for loop, or are we not aloud to write to it from its own running OS?

It should take 30 min to make a Jtag connection with the proper tools.

If you have a diagram, and use something like PCbites for the connection, it takes 10-15min to take off a cover, 5minutes to place the probes… 2minutes to read then write a replacement.. then a few minutes to add new sealant plus screw down the lid.
In saying that. I just leave ecus on my bench to find the unlock codes. I’m never in a rush so it doesn’t matter. Only bdm to fix a bricked unit.
