RP2350. From it's 1300+ page datasheet can be gleaned that it has a bunch of digital IO pins that are "fault tolerant" to 5.5V if the IOVDD is run at 3.3V. up to about 40 pins in 80 pin version, ~25 pins in 60 pin version.

Pico 2 appears to use 60 pin version. Unclear though if pico 2 supports 5.5V FT pins or RP2350 "Pro" version board is needed for 5.5V.

Fault Tolerant is different to being able to drive a data bus at 5V on an 5v MCU. Also from what I read last time this was posted, it replaces ROM, not NVSRAM so would not provide the realtime function the original board does. It might be possible to adapt the code and add it, but it's a new project to test voltage compatibility and add MCU write, not a drop in replacement as it stands for the DS1245Y-70IND.
